You can find this comfortable, independent apartment (flat) for rent in the centre of Budapest, in the VII. district, at Garay square (tér).
It is a central, historical district of Budapest, with nice houses were built 1880-1910.  

The Garay square: The houses around are nicely renovated, in the middle of the square there is a newly built shopping-and living center. It contains food market, bakeries, self catering restaurants, Penny Market, self-service laundry, cafe, shops, and coming with underground garage.

Sights of Budapest easy accessible from here by walking, or a few stops by Metro. The  Metro station "Keleti palyaudvar" (M2,  M4 lines) and the Eastern Railway Station are in 5 minutes walking distance, with stops of several buses, night buses and trolley-buses also.

The City Park (Varosliget) is 5 minutes walking distance in the opposite direction. It is one of the most famous places in Budapest, with magnificent buildings and monuments were built at the end of 19th century, for the Millenary celebrations of the country:
      - The Heroes' Square (Hősök tere), and the Millennium Underground (M1 line) are included in Hungary's World Heritage sites;
      - The Museum of Fine Arts, Palace of Arts, Vajdahunyad castle, House of the  Music, House of Millenium are the places what all the tourist must see.
      - City Park also offers entertainments for family with children also: here you will find the Zoo, the Grand Circus, and a boating lake (in winter it is Europa's biggest open air skating ring).
      - If you want to enjoy a very nice and famous historical spa bath, the Szechenyi Medical Bath is for you. It is very popular in winter also - as there are thermal warm water in the swimming pools and in the open air sections.

The Gellert Medical Bath is only by 5 stops with Metro Nr4.

Description of the apartment:

This nicely furnished, recently renewed 2 bedrooms apartment can accomodate 1 – 4 persons.
The apartment is 46m², consist of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The bedrooms have separate entrances, (and they have a common door also - it useful for families with children)

Room 1.	2 single beds (together like a king size double bed)  TV watching / living area with a glass covered table and 3 armchairs,  LCD TV with cable channels in several languages, HD also  a wardrobe,  a writing-table and a chair,  free, high speed WIFI  a ventilator in summer
Room 2.	2 single beds,  a wardrobe  ventilator in summer
Kitchen	gas range with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink, a table with 3 chairs, 2 kind of  coffee maker, kitchen utilities (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots,..), kitchen clothes, iron, washing liquid
Bathroom	with shower and centrally provided warm water, hair-drier, shampoo, towels
Toilet	separated
Balcony	6 m^2 - for sitting in the morning sun, or smoking. It also can be a be safe storage for your bicycles, as it is a cyclist friendly accommodation!

The hot water and the heating is centrally, continuously provided. The bed linen, towels are also provided with the apartment.
The apartment can be found on the V. floor, there is lift in the house.

WASHING SERVICE: in BUBBLES Laundry - just one step, in front of the apartment. It is a self-service washing service, open 06 - 23h, works with cheap prices.

 We provide free parking for 1 car in the underground garage of Garay Shopping Center, just in front of the house of the apartment.
                      You can drive in with max.1,9 m high car, it's open 24 hours.
                      Pre-booking is required by license plate of the car!
                      Guarded parking, barrier and staff at driving out.
                      Drive-in from Cserhat street.

Free parking periods on the streets around the house::
                      on weekends and on holidays: all day
                      on weekdays: from 20 oclock to next morning 8 o'clock
(Paying periods: on weekdays from 8 to 20 o'clock 450 HUF/hours.)
